Your top-level account. Holds billing, branding, and the full team. Every row in the system is stamped with its company_id.

A branch can have multiple physical stores or stock locations. Sales, staff and stock roll up cleanly into branch and company views.
Global Scope Isolation
A MultiTenantModelTrait installs a global Eloquent scope that auto-filters every query by company_id (and branch_id where relevant). Cross-tenant reads are structurally impossible.
Company-Scoped Roles
Spatie roles carry a company_id column. Each company defines its own Admin, Manager, Cashier, Accountant — without ever colliding with another tenant.
Audit-Safe Soft Deletes
Every tenant table uses soft deletes. Historical orders, expenses and staff records remain intact for reports and compliance, even after UI deletion.
